Logistically it is significantly easier and cheaper for 2 retired adults to travel than a family. Even more so with little kids.

Unrealized gains tax is a nightmare, but you should have to recognize some income if it’s used to secure a loan. At that point it’s essentially realized

Would say that’s a problem with this roster but it’s still a super solid starting 5 with okay depth.
