@MBonvoyAssist has to be the worst experience ever so far! Placed in an unsafe environment, told cannot move to due to "Polices"...and don't even mention being Platinum Elite, they simply laugh at you.

@MarriottBonvoy literally the worst customer service experience I've had, and Platinum Elite? HA! What a joke! Can't move stays due to technology deficit MegaCorp. Forced to either find a campground to sleep in my car due to feeling unsafe! WILD
