1. WEMA bank has been falling short in their banking duties.
They withhold customers funds, and while we try to reach out to them for resolution, they never respond and then expose us their customers to different scammers impersonating them on this app....

I have a pending delivery which you guys have not been able to say where exactly my items are. Even your staffs are not able to track the items to know where they are exactly.
Before I resort to dragging you guys openly, I hope you guys will look into this.

@alat_ng Resolve my matter here publicly as nothing seems to happen on the DM. Someone said the issie will be resolve in 30mins to 1hr, and it's been more than 2hrs now. That's before the account @Alat566 referred me to another whatsapp number asking me to click a link.

In all you do, never be in a situation to need the help of Nigerian banks in resolving an issue.
I have literarily been on this same case for more than 1 hr. You guys keep sending me back and forth, and dropping one sorry message after another.
