I’ve been trained my whole life that no one wants to hear my problems. I tend to suffer in silence when depressed. Today was the first day in a month that someone asked how I was without the ulterior motive of talking about their day.

Then there’s a part of me that thinks some people wouldn’t care anyway. Maybe they think I deserve to feel this way or maybe they would just use it against me. Basically shit thoughts about how I’m viewed by others.
