Clauses like " You will be on probation till confirmation is issued in writing" and taking advantage of this, the employee is kept on probation indefinitely in limbo, and then deny their benefits

MOLBR/E/2026/0033990 registered on 14-Feb-2026 Got transferred to state govt. The grievance concerns direct violation of section 17(2) of labour code for FnF settlemnt in 2 days but 60 days over.FnF yet pending.
