@PLDT_Cares your engineers/technicians told us they will stop by at 2pm today, then they pushed to 3pm, and now we couldn’t reach them anymore. They told us that they only work till 4pm. No urgency at all! What kind of service is this?

Hey @PLDT_Cares it’s been 4 days now and we still don’t have any internet. Your engineers were supposed to do a site check but never arrived or called. Unbelievable!
