@Arbys @ArbysCares This could have easily had a different outcome had my car flipped due to the the tires blowing out the next day. Or what if she would have done something physically violent to me or my one year old? Could easily be a lawsuit....

@Arbys @ArbysCares The way you handle customer service complaints is downright negligent. Your employee vandalized my car, slashing tires amongst other things and was terminated and then arrested for the damages. I now have 7k in damages and she has my address. Thanks!

@AmericanAir your refund process is TERRIBLE!! It has been almost a month and I have not received a refund or a reason that you aren't giving one. There is no number to call and no way to contact you all. Fix it!!

@wellsfargo you absolutely suck as a bank. Your customer service team all the way up to the executive branch is incompetent and absolutely horrendous. As soon as this issue has been fixed, I will be transferring my mortgage account to another bank and closing my accounts. #bye
