@SouthwestAir why is it? Your company policy says a bags up to four hours prior but yet, Orlando international seems to only say two hours
If you have exceptions, you should be notating them on your website
This is one of many reasons why you lost the customer

.@SouthwestAir is ending their Customer of Size Policy as well on May28 for those of you who utilize it. This was mentioned by ticket agent. Southwest hasn’t mentioned this and is definitely lost its heart for those using this.

To anyone who is using @Tesla dont waste your time on their solar product. They can't fix any problems in a timely manner, and apparently have no clue when they receive products. I've been down for a month had two appointments cancelled because of lack of parts. WTF?

@Clear what is going on at DEN. I have been random ID’d six of my last eight times. the TSA pre-check line is faster by far and when people get out of yours and can make it through faster, and no one seems to know about your Next GEN ID and how to update it
