We ALREADY have the right to ‘delay’ school. CSAge is CSAge. It’s whether or not a reception or Y1 start at that point is agreed. This is where the birth/postcode lottery is inconsistent up and down the country, often with individual schools making decisions #summerborn

Seeing this news on the day my #summerborn daughter (after a successful CSAge school start) finishes primary school is absolutely heartbreaking! There’s no guarantee she can remain with her cohort as she now starts secondary school. 😡
