@derbydad @TizzyEnt This happened to me when I returned two phones that were trade ins Thankfully I kept all paperwork including the signed receipt from UPS on their end. It also happened with faulty internet equipment. Spent hours on the phone & in the store. It happens.

Yesterday was a day brimming with emotions. Our dad's would have turned 86, and my dear friend George who was a fatherly figure would have turned 94. On top of that, I attended a celebration of life for a dear friend's dad of 40 yrs who referred to me as a daughter. #emotions
