@UKCycleChat Just last Boxing Day, deliberately taken out by a white van man in his 3rd close pass of me 🤬 Thankfully just cuts bruises and sprained wrist, but annoyingly only got a partial reg no. Witnesses too but @Glos_Police unable to progress case 😟 Using a vehicle as a weapon?

@gazza_d There’s actually a 40mph limit in place further along (to protect road workers); ordinarily this is unlikely to happen. Sadly, the roadworks are to enable yet more traffic, as opposed to encouraging more cycling by installing a much needed segregated cycle lane 😕

@BritishCycling Got so fed up with careless or dangerous drivers every time I’m out on a ride, but without evidence I have no voice & the statistics are simply not there. With video cam I can at least present evidence for police to act & it demonstrates that the problem is real & growing
