@Hyundai Fox Hyundai in Grand Rapids has had my car since June for warranty work YOU authorized. 3 months later it's still not done and nobody will give me a date.

Three months. No repair. No loaner. No answers.

Almost a month later with no proactive updates, no timeline, and no explanation for the delay. Hyundai is dragging out warranty work for nearly 4 months now to avoid honoring it's obligations. Never again will I buy a Hyundai or work with Fox Hyundai @WOODTV @FOX17 @wzzm13
