To make matters worse, representative Mr. Tukai Das at the South City store was dismissive and unhelpful when asked for basic store flexibility.
Is this how @Spencers_Retail treats customer loyalty?

Extremely poor experience at @Spencers_Retail South City Kolkata! Returned an item & got a credit note locked strictly to apparel ("2BME merchandise" only) instead of general store items. Why trap customer money and force unwanted purchases?
