Is anyone having trouble with @amazon Prime delivery? It doesn't matter the item- I can buy an item and get it the next day if I use my neighbor's address. If I use my address it takes five days! THAT IS NOT HOW AMAZON IS SUPPOSED TO WORK!
I have been calling @amazon for weeks about an issue with my account. I am being sent in circles. What would it take to get someone who listens and trys to resolve an issue @amazon?

@AmazonHelp I’ve been calling for weeks.I have an item right now in my cart if I move through to the final stages of the transaction, it will push the delivery date to Monday of next week. If I change the address to my neighbors address literally next-door to me I can get the item next day.
@AmazonHelp, I hate to do this, but I have been calling customer service for weeks and had a terrible experience. For some reason my prime benefits will not work for my home address. If I change the address to my neighbors address, I can get items on the same day!

At times like these, the immense grief and anger, the sadness, and the unabated anxiousness of feeling helpless in the face of injustice can feel overwhelming.

Is 2023 the year health equity talk turns into action?
@kdedner of @hurdle_app thinks so.
I trust Kevin's insights. And if work around quality measures and expanding texting are any indication, there's plenty of reasons to believe.
