@misalpavv If you book ticket from paytm-phone etc then complaint on it ..
They will provide yoy the 95% of ticket amount without any cancellation charges.

It was happend to me in 2023 and after a month paytm provide me the full refund after deduction of gateway charges .

still your utilities have major issues .
