@DrSuneelDhand Dr. What is your recommendation for 56 year old female with Lipoprotein A at 108 with LDL of 158? I exercise 6 days a week and eat right. I want to avoid statins, but my Dr. wants to lower my LDL by A lot. What other options do I have that will do this without statins?
