This is something close to our hearts. You would be amazed at how often we can't get parking for Tommy and Grace with our blue badge because spaces are taken by people with no right to use the disabled bays.

Gardaí are taking part in today's national Make Way Day that aims to raise awareness of the unauthorised use of disabled parking spaces.

We will be carrying out proactive patrols nationally today from 7am to 7pm.
