@ScottyGZone I forget what the one I got is called, picked it up from Lowes for about 40 bucks. It's never more than 1 od 2 degrees off from the thermapen
Another Chelsea season under Boehly and Co. Still don't have a clue what they're doing. The whole thing stinks. Don't see much improving next season either.
A golfer tees up his ball on the first tee, takes a mighty swing, and hit the ball into a clump of trees.
After looking for a minute, he finds the ball and sees that there’s an opening between 2 trees, and like every ‘weekend professional’ he’s completely confident that he can make the perfect shot!
Taking out a 3 iron, closing the club-face and his shoulder, he executes a low punch shot that comes off the face like a bullet.
The ball hit a tree, bounce straight back, hits him in the forehead and kills him, instantly!
As he approaches the gates of Heaven, St. Peter asks, "Are you a good golfer?"
The man replied: "Got here in two, didn't I?"
Corporation: "We made $4B but spent $3.9B so we only owe taxes on $100M."
Government: "Totally reasonable."
You: "I made $60K but spent $58K on survival."
Government: "You owe taxes on $60K."
You: "That's not—"
Government: "File by May 15."
March Madness is like Black Friday. Used to be an amazing thing that had amazing deals and door-busters.
Unfortunately big corporations decided to overdo it and it’s just become a normal event that we tell ourselves is still just as great as it’s ever been, but that’s just nostalgia.
“Looks pretty obvious to me that high-majors need to play mid-majors during the season. They said we ain’t played nobody—we played somebody now. Nobody would play us. just like nobody would play Miami Ohio. But they gotta play us in this tournament.”

Quick-hitters on Villanova, Utah State's first-round NCAA tournament matchup:
- No. 33 in KenPom (41st on offense, 35th on defense) with a 24-8 mark. Went 15-5 in the Big East, fell in its first tournament game against Georgetown by 14. Has not beaten a top 50 KenPom team since Dec. 19 (76-66 against Wisconsin, in overtime), which is its lone top 50 win.
- Top 100 nationally in offensive eFG% (76th), offensive turnover % (70th), defensive turnover % (61st) and defensive free throw rate (44th). Strong offensively in 2P% (79th), block % (32nd), steal % (24th), 3P attempt rate (53rd) and assist rate (73rd). Best categories defensively are steal % (65th) and average 2PA distance (63rd).
- Biggest weaknesses are offensive free throw rate (277th), offensive rebound rate allowed (244th), offensive FT% (290th), defensive block % (341st), offensive non-steal % (223rd) and assist rate allowed (217th). Thin bench (259th in bench minutes), average team height is right around the national average (142nd).
- 6-4 junior guard Tyler Perkins leads the way with 13.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals per game, shooting 44.2 percent from the field and 36.6 percent from three (5.0 attempts per game). Four other Wildcats are averaging double figures: 6-10 Sr. forward Duke Brennan (12.4 PPG, 10.3 RPG, 2.0 APG), 6-2 Fr. guard Acaden Lewis (12.3 PPG, 5.3 APG, 3.1 RPG, 1.9 SPG), 6-3 Jr. guard Bryce Lindsay (11.9 PPG, 2.1 RPG, 2.0 APG) and 6-3 senior guard Devin Askew (10.0 PPG, 2.6 RPG, 2.1 APG, 1.1 SPG). Nobody else really worth knowing about with forward Matthew Hodge sidelined by an ACL tear.
- Not entirely sure what Villanova has done to merit an eight seed, but it's a good matchup for Utah State. Not a very big team, doesn't block shots or rebound all that well, not foul-dependent and not super experienced against turnover-heavy defenses like Utah State's.
Night's like tonight are great to be an Aggies fan. Players stepped up, filled their roles, and took care of business. Great to see it be a win attributed to the entire team working together.
Now we can hope for a 4 overtime game from this late game!
