President Trump slammed a reporter and the media over the Department of Justice dropping the nearly $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund. On Tuesday, Trump shared that the DOJ was going forward with its compensation fund for his allies, contradicting acting Attorney General Todd Blanche’s announcement of its termination.

During a press conference, Trump blamed the media, saying, "people like you have abused our people so badly. The fake news, like CNN, like the New York Times and like others, have abused our people."

Good news: we're headed for our best production year, due to great yield and younger trees starting to produce #avocados.
Bad news: that will be offset somewhat by smaller sized fruit and a lot of second grade fruit. An extreme case of thrip damage shown.

SCOTUS immunity argument:
1. no party was arguing that private conduct by a president is immune.
2. a ruling saying Trump can be charged only with private conduct is a huge LOSS.
3. such a ruling would allow a president to do all sorts of acts if he used his office to do so (see coup/Seal Team 6 hypos), unless the court narrowly limits what can be considered "official."
