🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: Disney’s lawsuit against Ron DeSantis is even MORE MASSIVE than we thought!

"Having exhausted all other options, Disney is left with no choice but to bring this complaint asking the Court to stop the State of Florida from weaponizing the power of government to punish private business,” the lawsuit reads.

Disney's lawsuit filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for north Florida accuses DeSantis of threatening the company's business and violating its constitutional rights, calling the governments actions "patently retaliatory, patently anti-business, and patently unconstitutional."

More details:

The lawsuit alleges five different violations of Disney’s constitutional rights by DeSantis, including two free speech violations, a property rights violation, a due process violation and a violation of the contracts clause.

Disney MUST win.

The court needs to DISMANTLE Ron DeSantis’ board and make him pay.
