@YouTubeTV You need to figure out your service. We have the 4k plan with the NFL Sunday ticket and can’t watch. We spent 40 minutes on the phone last Sunday and another 40 minutes just now. Currently awaiting a call back from a supervisor.

@TeamYouTube Maybe you missed the fact that we have been on the phone twice for 40 minutes each time. Waiting for a supervisor to call supposedly within the hour. We could not be transferred to a supervisor when we called because all were busy helping other customers with the same issue.
