I have been on the phone for over 2 hours trying to set up service in our new townhouse and it has literally been the worst experience i have ever had with a company. So completely frustrated right now and ready to switch service ๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก
@VerizonSupport despite there visibly being a fios cable all ready to be hooked up next to our front door @verizon is telling us the first available installation date is a month away 10/24 because underground work needs to be done, which is BS beause our builder told us all of the work was done
@BlendJet never received my replacement base from the recall itโs been almost 2 years and emails not answered. Product is useless without the base. And yet you are still selling new units. Why are you not honoring the recall with new bases or a new unit??

@CoverMore really disappointed in the service from your company after purchasing travel insurance through @CostcoTravel. It's been over 2 months since I submitted a claim for travel delay and still not reimbursed - when I call I keep getting told its "under review" - why??
@Zurich Really disappointed in the customer service from your company after purchasing a Covermore policy through Costco Travel. It's been over 2 months since our trip home was delayed and I still have not been reimbursed for the extra expenses. Keep being told its under review!
@Experian_US horrible customer service experience on hold for 45 minutes and then could not hear the person who finally answered because their phone kept going in and out๐ก
@TeamYouTube I am paying for upgraded You Tube TV 4K add on but I keep getting kicked off my show on my ipad with message saying only 3 streams allowed at once. I thought the upgraded plan gave you unlimited streaming devices?? Canโt watch the Eagles game
@Verizon your customer service is quite possibly the worst Iโve ever encountered - An hour chatting with a representative this morning trying to find out why the $50 gift card offer I was supposed to get when signing up for Fios is not present under my Home Offers๐ก No resolution
@BlindsToGoUS very dissatisfied with our experience getting our blinds. Wrong blinds delivered and now our design consultant is out on leave. Canโt get a live person on the phone to speak to. Very frustrated
@stubhub horrible experience purchasing tickets today. Bought with you and clicked the exclude obstructed view option. When I printed tickets they say obstructed and limited view. Your company did not stand by your 100% guarantee and replace with other tickets๐ก
@YETICoolers very frustrated with order for custom rambler ordered over 3 weeks ago and still hasnโt shipped. This was purchased as a gift to be given this past week. Have received no order updates or communication about delays. Customer service has been of no help at all. ๐ก
