The severe service degradation poses a consumer and public safety risk, this has fallen on deaf ears at VZW. I’ve replied to you in a DM but this needs to be addressed before someone gets killed because they couldn’t access data services thanks to Verizon, regardless if it’s VZW commercial or Frontline.

Cell carriers, @Verizon specifically, are getting worse. After submitting tickets to VZW support, spending hours giving details, etc. waiting months and months for an answer they’ll come back with “we couldn’t identify a service issue in your area”. Explain these signal quality values to me then from the Field Test mode. This isn’t some small area too, it’s quite large and encompasses a major medical facility. @VerizonSupport
