THEN the fall of the Soviet Union, THEN pay close attention to western governments involvements in Yugoslavia, and other post Soviet sts.

I care about all victims of war and occupation, whether it be Palestinians, Ukrainians, Libyans, Iraqis, afghanis, etc. Majority of Americans don’t care about what happens abroad unless it directly affects them.
