#DoubleTree #Hilton all of our double bed rooms that had been booked along with confirmation numbers were all given away to a football team that came into town after we had our reservations set and instead we were given a bed with a pull out couch as a substitute. No refunds.

#DoubleTree #Hilton then cops got called on 4 guests being loud in the lobby after the wedding and no warning was given. Cops came, manager came and then told 50+ people they had to leave the premises at 1AM in the morning and drive somewhere else after drinking all day.

My wedding party’s stay at the #DoubleTree #Hilton hotel in Miamisburg, OH was one of the worst experiences my guests and I have had at a hotel. Worst customer service experience ever and no resolution came of it. The GM said to call her and she still has not returned any calls.
