I’m looking for my next role.
I created SWC (https://t.co/kv5tfli4Bp), the Rust-based open-source transpiler used by Next.js, Rspack, Node.js’s amaro, Parcel 2, and other projects.
I maintained Next.js and Turbopack at Vercel and previously worked with Deno.
My expertise is in developer tooling and performance optimization. I enjoy digging deep into difficult technical problems, and I’m open to new challenges across fields.
I prefer roles that let me work remotely from Korea. If you’d like to work together or know a team that could be a good fit, please DM me.
There’ll be times where you over-guide the AI. It knows better than you and is more intelligent than you.
There’ll be times where you under-guide the AI. It can go off-track, have the wrong biases, or miss context.
How well you manage this superpower is the #0 skill I look for.
@thdxr A monorepo is worse for my agents and better for me. I’ll take that trade.
I’m the bottleneck either way. AI is capable enough to handle the bullshit.

T3 Code iOS 2.1.0 is out on the App Store
• Pull requests on the go: Browse changes, follow guided reviews, check activity, and link pull requests to threads. Previously loaded pull requests remain available offline.
• Built for iPhone Duo and iPad: Improved split layouts, navigation, and transitions, with better continuity when folding, unfolding, or resizing.
• A better composer: A compact design that expands as you type, with improved attachments, voice controls, keyboard handling, and consistent behavior between drafts and conversations.
• More reliable offline messaging: Queue messages while disconnected and keep track of pending sends until your environment reconnects.
• Richer conversations: Search messages and plans within a thread, view LaTeX equations and interactive content, and wrap long code blocks.
• More automation options: Create webhook-triggered tasks, filter incoming events, and let agents watch pull requests for checks and review feedback.
Does any serious open-source project need performance improvement?
Ideally,
- it should have proper benchmarks
- the performance is a real, verified problem
- the project should be serious, and used by the ecosystem
I can send many performance-improvement PRs based on AI and benchmark data.

In the next release, Rspack will support `codeFilter` for loaders ⚡
Run a loader only on modules containing specific code, such as a "use foo" directive.
Skip unnecessary transforms and speed up your builds
Lakebed, Postplan, and Shoo will be down indefinitely until Railway gets their shit fixed and I can actually redeploy them with rolled keys.
Incidents happen. I understand.
Blocking deploys so we can roll keys without downtime is unacceptable. I'm disappointed in Railway.
