@UPS_Canada my experience so far is horrible, my boxes are with UPS since Dec 29th and no resolution yet. I shipped 9 boxes, UPS decided to return them missing an invoice, so far only 5 were returned and the other 4 no updates for weeks now. Having a feeling that they are lost
