@TLRailUK please tell me why my flexi-season ticket won’t load onto my smart card? Why should I wait 10days for a response? Also why should I pay a £10 admin charge for a product I have bought but can’t use?!
Station staff at Hitchin have been very helpful but they can’t help.

@TLRailUK Sorry but this isn’t an acceptable response- I can’t go down and ‘try’ it at the barriers - either I’m travelling into to London or I’m not, if it doesn’t work then I have to buy another ticket?!
