@CardPurchaser @Fanatics I did get a code emailed to me for 30% off to make up for the loss of the fancash. But of course the code will not work with the item I want to purchase cause it’s already on sale…and the item will most likely sell out before fan cash would get back to my account

@CardPurchaser @Fanatics I just earned $19.35 fancash a few weeks ago and it’s gone….would have been nice if they notified us about this. When did it get deleted? Customer service rep said he would escalate my complaint to see if they would put fancash back to my account but couldn’t guarantee it
