@BritishGasHelp I've tried all of your avenues for help and as yet cannot find a human being to speak to resolve my account issue. Is there a real person anywhere at BG willing to directly help?

I ordered home internet 3 weeks ago for installation on 10th. You forgot my order and sent an engineer at 10pm.
This morning still no internet and my account is registered as 'business' which it is not so i cannot access it.
I try all phone lines and no help.
