Traveling from Chandigarh to Badrinath, I noticed something surprising:

Multiple stretches with zero Airtel network, while my friend’s Jio worked seamlessly throughout the journey without a single drop.

This is not a one off experience. Even at home earlier, my Airtel broadband had frequent outages, but after switching, the alternative has been completely stable.

Airtel has been around for decades , how is it still struggling in such key routes, while Jio, in a much shorter time, has managed to build such strong and consistent coverage?

This is genuine feedback from real usage, not a comparison on paper.
