Dear @IncomeTaxIndia, please consider extending the Tax Audit due date from 30th September to 31st October, and the ITR filing due date from 31st October to 30th November.

This year, the new concept of staggered due dates was introduced, which kept taxpayers and professionals occupied with non audit ITRs first, effectively leaving barely a month for Tax Audit work. On top of this, the ITR 3/5/6 utilities were also released quite late, delaying everything.

More importantly, please make this extension permanent and align it with the new staggered due dates going forward.

Got a GST notice from a gst number I surrendered 5 yrs back

Looks like we missed some entry and had a 122 cgst and 122 sgst due

Tax is 250 rupees
And penalty is 20,000
