Worked a quick flat bench session with my bro @mistr7_io after hitting back & bi’s today. I wanted to see how many times I could rep 315 lbs. I hit it for 7!

Keep pumping! 😤

Worked some Saturday morning deadlifts. Got back up to 515lbs after struggling to hit it again for the past couple of weeks.

Attempted 525lbs for 1 rep to no avail. Keep pumping! 😤🔥💪🏽

Hit another new PR on deadlift today! I wanted to push it to the 500 lbs mark! My gym doesn’t have 2.5 lbs plates, so I added two 5’s to make it 505 lbs, and hit it for 1 rep!

These pyramids ain’t no joke! My brothers work this particular routine on a consistent basis. It’s all about repetition, stamina and endurance! Not for strength! Here’s how it goes…

Worked chest & triceps today. Recorded my benchpress segment, and hit a PR with the slingshot. 365 lbs for 1 rep. Felt great! Can’t wait to be able to hit it without the slingshot. 💯🔥💪🏽😤
