The Skinny:
This kid has gone under the radar long enough, it’s time to talk about the younger Speca and his future. I believe he can produce at both WR and DB for the Vikings but I see him making a major contribution as a WR in the next two seasons. With Settles, Gonzalez, Thrift and Sassic all graduating, that leaves a an opening in the WR room. I believe Daniel is a special player with special abilities that a lot of players don’t have. This next season, I believe you will start to see him come into his own . He has everything it takes to have a 500+ yard 2024 season to set up a a big time 2025 SR season. Also, the DB room cleared up a bit at PCC, I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if he were to get some good reps on that side of the ball as well. The kid is a special versatile athlete so there is many roles he can fill for the Vikings. I’m just excited to see what he ends up doing with his opportunity when that time comes.
