🛒 TikTok Shop Manager – Long-Term Role (Health Supplements / Children's Products)

Hey! We're a growing DTC supplement brand focused on children's health products and we're looking for a rockstar TikTok Shop Manager to join our team. 👋

Our goal is $200K GMV per month and we need the right person to help us get there. We're not micromanagers — we trust our team, give you the freedom to do your thing, and celebrate wins together.

✅ Here's what you'll be working on:

🛍️ TikTok Shop Management
You'll be running our TikTok Shop day-to-day — keeping listings fresh, managing promotions and flash deals, and making sure our seller score stays strong. Basically, the shop is your baby. 👶

🤝 Affiliate Management
You'll find, onboard, and manage our TikTok affiliates — handling outreach, sending out samples, tracking performance, and keeping the best ones engaged. You know how to spot winners and aren't afraid to cut what's not working.

🎥 UGC Coordination
You'll write clear, easy-to-follow briefs for our UGC creators — covering hooks, angles, talking points, and what to show on camera. You'll review content, give friendly feedback, and help build a library of angles that actually convert.

📱 Trend Monitoring
You're on TikTok every day anyway, right? 😄 We need someone who lives on the FYP, spots trends early, and knows how to turn them into content ideas that drive sales.

📦 Fulfillment & Supplier Coordination
You'll be the go-to person between our TikTok Shop and our supplier — making sure orders go out on time, samples are ready for creators, and any hiccups get sorted before they turn into problems.

↩️ Refunds & Returns
You'll handle refund and return requests within 24 hours through Seller Center — communicating with customers kindly but fairly, reviewing each case with care, and protecting the business from invalid claims without losing the human touch.

🔍 Competitor & Market Research
Keep an eye on what other brands in our niche are doing on TikTok Shop — what's selling, what angles are working, which creators they're using. Bring those insights to the team so we can stay ahead.

📊 Reporting
Once a week, send us a quick update on GMV, affiliate performance, fulfillment, and refund activity. No fluff needed — just tell us what's working, what's not, and what you're doing about it.

🙋 You're probably our person if...
- You have solid TikTok Shop experience — the actual Shop platform, not just running ads
- You've managed affiliates before and know your way around the TikTok affiliate marketplace
- You've worked with health, wellness, or children's brands before
- You understand what you can and can't say when marketing supplements on TikTok
- You're organized, communicate well, and don't need to be micromanaged
- ⭐ Big bonus points if you've worked in the parenting, "crunchy mom," or family wellness space!

🗓️ Schedule & Availability
Monday to Saturday with Sundays off — you've earned the rest day! 😄 Schedule is flexible, we don't clock-watch. As long as you're responsive, on top of things, and hitting goals, we're happy.

We're starting at $1,000/month with real room to grow. As the brand scales and you prove your impact, your salary grows with it. We also offer performance bonuses when targets are hit — because if you're helping us win, you should win too. We genuinely believe in taking care of the people who take care of the business. 🤝

What you’ll do:
• Manage TikTok Shop (listings, promos, seller score)
