@ThaiAirways @ThaiAirwaysUK spent 5 hours on this plane over the last 24 hours over two occasions and have stayed in the same spot on the tarmac. Kids screaming. About 35°C on this aeroplane, everyone is dripping with sweat and we are getting no direction from anyone.
