UK defence contract law WILL be based on EU rulings.
It’s a disaster for British shipyards and industry – in all except rarest cases, it stops Govt using WTO rights to keep defence contract competitions at home.
The fact remains the border of the UK is now porous – for trade there is no such thing as the UK – it is now GB with NI being treated as a separate hybrid adjunct. No one who believes in the Union should in all conscience be able to find that acceptable.
