@SunnySpirit1919 @HomerGlydol And technically it wasn’t even a search warrant. It was just a warrant to seize the devices, which the CW did, and then never sought a SW until over a year later! The CW should return the phones and pull up stakes on WI charges against AK, this has run its course.

@SunnySpirit1919 @HomerGlydol We don’t know what case the SW is related to. All the filings in regards to this particular SW don’t reference a case. We can rightfully assume it’s AK case but why were the flurry of motions that both CW and AJ mentioned not part of AK docket?

@SunnySpirit1919 @HomerGlydol So why was a special prosecutor assigned to the AK WI case? Ken Mello started this case, bungled it, handed a dumpster fire over to Cosgrove, and now Cosgrove is tossing gasoline on it.

Why was Mello brought on in the first place?! What is the answer to that question?!

I have run investigations, interviewed witnesses, suspects, collected evidence (in all seasons) and none of what took place in this was even in same planet of what typically happens.

@theymattered25 @caitboogie Unfortunately this wasn’t an open and shut hit and run. the second the CW indicted for M2, that made this case far more complex. Now the CW has to prove intent and a slew of other conditions in order to convict for M2.

@Proctor4Gov @beach_girl167 So she had to stop, text “here”, he would read it, say goodbye, and walk out. So at a minimum 30 seconds, maybe a minute? Add that to the the time slowing down, the app would likely include that if she was under a certain speed, plus w/snow she wasn’t doing an F1 pit stop!!

@CrockerBrock Has there been any outrage about Canada refusing to issue a visa to one of Ghana players due to pending criminal charges? Ironic that the racist USA gave him a visa and he can play in US but Canada is off limits. Seems like Canada is becoming what they despise.
