@elonmusk The person who hit her didn't even get a ticket and any insurance money will go to Tampa Electric to cover the replacement transformer as her car took it out and us and 5 neighbors lost power and her car was pushed into the neighbors. Police didn't even cite him for anything.

@elonmusk Her thoughts were she did everything right but some idiot decided to drive to fast through a residential area and took out her car. She saved for a year to buy this used car. Trying to help her to replace a car she worked hard for.
