I’m sick to death of Liberal ministers telling Canadians they’ve “fixed” public safety while cases like this keep exposing what their press releases are worth.

Medhani Yohans is not Canadian. He came here as a sponsored refugee. He has two convictions for sexual assaults on strangers, repeated breaches of court orders, has been described by police as high-risk and is subject to a deportation order. Reporting says CBSA sought the danger opinion needed to overcome his protected-person status, and that effort was rejected.

And this is where @LenaMetlegeDiab's talking points become outright desperate performance art word salads.

She has repeatedly assured Parliament that inadmissible people don’t simply get to stay. In March, she was remarkably definitive:

“If these people are inadmissible, they will be deported.”

Well isn't that marvelous.

Here is a man with a deportation order, sexual-assault convictions and repeated breaches, and apparently the deportation machinery has discovered a previously unadvertised setting:

Meanwhile @SeanFraserMP, @gary_srp and the Liberals spent months boasting about tougher bail, tougher sentencing and protecting victims, while blaming Conservatives for delaying legislation.

So spare Canadians another podium announcement about how wonderfully safe you've made them.

You wanted the authority.
You wrote the laws.
You run the departments.
And Lena, you told Canadians the inadmissible get deported.

Apparently that guarantee comes with Liberal fine print: “unless the system decides otherwise, in which case please enjoy another press conference about how seriously we take your safety.”

At some point, blaming Conservatives stops being an excuse and becomes the Liberal government's emotional-support stuffy for its own failures.

Canadians don't need another bill named Protecting Canadians From The Thing We Assured You Couldn't Happen Act. They need a government that protects Canadians as aggressively as THIS liberal government protects its talking points!

Carrie Sakamoto - Faces Devastating COVID Vaccine Injury - Just Finished Court Appearance!

I have a touching and heartbreaking story to share with you today. Carrie Sakamoto, a mother of 3 boys from Lethbridge, Alberta tells me she was seriously injured after taking her second COVID shot - in fact she says she almost died.

After taking the shot, she was in the hospital for 17 days unable to feed herself, see properly, talk, walk, hear or concentrate. She had to relearn these things before she could leave the hospital. Her health problems have continued and not improved. She has been experiencing severe pain and neurological issues, including Full Blume Bells Palsy, depression and anxiety.

She has also been fighting tirelessly to seek justice for the harm caused including by working with media to share her story, and with other organizations to mentor and help others who have been injured. In fact she is the named plaintiff in a class-action lawsuit against the Canadian government and province of Alberta which sought certification in court last week.
