@mngl_in I live in Clover Village Pune. I had applied for the supply of domestic PNG connection and paid a total of Rs 5900 incl of registration etc. The line has been connected to inside of kitchen. Final meter and connecting to gas stove remains. Receipt no 306942.

@IDFCFIRSTBank The issue with the branch managers has been resolved now. The Rel.Mangr Ashish Goud and Ops Mge Pravin More visited my home and were quite proactive and helpful. You can discard my post and the complaint now.

@Lifestyle_Store On 16th June you initiated the refund. Today is 9th July and still it hasn't reflected in my UPI account. How do explain this? For me, I have learnt my lesson, never to buy anything from our online store. I can't believe that you can behave like this. Shameful.
