ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಮಹಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಎಫ್.ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಸಿ.ಐ ಸರ್.ಎಂ.ವಿ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ನಡೆದ 'INDIA CSR and SUSTAINABILITY' ಸಂವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ಗತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಿಎಸ್‌ಆರ್ ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 3ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಂದಿನ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ, ದೇಶದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಪರಿಸರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾದರರು ಆಸಕ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ 2ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಪಿ.ವಿ.ನರಸಿಂಹರಾವ್ ಅವರು ಯುಜಿಸಿ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿವಿಗಳ ಸ್ವರೂಪವನ್ನೇ ಬದಲಿಸಿದರು. 1947 ರಿಂದ 1991 ರವರೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಹಂತವಾದರೆ 1990 ರ ಉದಾರಿಕರಣದ ನಂತರ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯಾಯಿತು. ನಾವೀಗ ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕೈಗರಿಕಾ ವಲಯಗಳಿಂದ ಇಂತಹ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಒಂದು ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಹಾರ ಆಮದು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವು. ಇಂದು ರಫ್ತು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಹಸಿರು ಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ನಂತರ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಹಸಿರು ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದೆ.

The Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) inaugurated the ‘India CSR and Sustainability’ Conference at the Sir M.V. Auditorium, honoring corporations, NGOs, and MSMEs for achievements in health, education, skill development, women’s empowerment, and sustainability. Karnataka ranks third in CSR funding, leads in education and industry, and is promoting eco-friendly investment, with Mangaluru emerging as a key hub. Leaders including Keerthan Kumar, Uma Reddy, T. Sairam Prasad, and M.G. Balakrishna were present.

I welcome Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to Karnataka for the inauguration of Yellow Line Metro.

As BJP desperately tries to shift the focus from #VoteChori to #CreditChori by hijacking the credit for the Yellow Line phase 2, let’s set the record straight.

•The Metro project was launched under the UPA Government led by Dr. Manmohan Singh.
•In the first phase, the UPA Government bore a significant portion of the cost, outpacing the State Government's contribution.
•After BJP came to power, their commitment to the project dwindled, with the Central Government's share decreasing drastically in subsequent phases.
•Meanwhile, the Karnataka Government has shouldered the bulk of the expenses, contributing over ₹12,000 crores, covering land acquisition costs and additional expenses.
•In stark contrast, the Central Government has provided a paltry ₹8,000 crores, effectively washing its hands off its responsibilities.
•This lack of support forced BMRCL to take loans to cover the remaining project costs.

While Karnataka's contributions to the Centre continue to grow year after year, the returns to the state diminish, and The Metro Yellow Line project is a glaring example of this.

While a BJP MPs might be bending backwards to appease their political masters, especially after the fiasco with Trump, the fact remains that Karnataka stays neglected by Modi Government.

* ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 2.80 ಲಕ್ಷ ಸ್ವ-ಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ಸಕ್ರಿಯ: ಇವು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ತರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿವೆ.

* ಅಕ್ಕ ಕೆಫೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶ: ಪ್ರತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ₹15 ಲಕ್ಷ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ 50 ‘ಅಕ್ಕ ಕೆಫೆ’ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

* ಕಾಫಿ ಕಿಯೋಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ: ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ 2,500 ‘ಕಾಫಿ ಕಿಯೋಸ್’ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ತಲಾ ₹1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

* ಸ್ವ-ಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಬೆಂಬಲ: ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಅವಕಾಶ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸ್ವ-ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಗತಿ ವೇಗಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.

* ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ: ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶ ವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವ ಹಲವು ಹಿತಕರ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

* ಅಣಕು ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಗತೀಕರಣ: ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತನ್ನ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲಿದೆ.

₹15,000 ಕೋಟಿ – ಎಪ್ಪಿಲಾನ್ ಸಮೂಹದಿಂದ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಡ್ ಮೆಟೀರಿಯಲ್ಸ್ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ವಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂಡವಾಳ.

₹15,000 ಕೋಟಿ – ಎಮ್ಪಿ ಎನರ್ಜಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯಿಂದ ಸೋಲಾರ್ ಫೋಟೋ ವೋಲ್ಟಿಕ್ ಕೋಶ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ.

* 10 ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ಅಕ್ಕಿ ವಿತರಣೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ: ಅನ್ನಭಾಗ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ನಗದು ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿ, ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ 10 ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ಅಕ್ಕಿ ವಿತರಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದೆ.

* ಒಎಂಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಖರೀದಿ: ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಒಎಂಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್ (ಓಪನ್ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ಸೇಲ್ ಸ್ಕೀಮ್) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ಅಕ್ಕಿಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

* ಅಕ್ಕಿ ವಿತರಣಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆರಂಭ: ಈ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಹೊಸ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಡಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

* ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ: ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ₹5 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ 5 ಗಿಗಾವಾಟ್ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಘಟಕ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

* ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ: ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಒಟ್ಟು 10 ಸಾವಿರ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಲಭಿಸುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ.

1. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ: ಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಎಂಟಿಸಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಅವಕಾಶ.

2. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರ ಅಗತ್ಯ: ಬಸ್ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ವೇಳೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಹಾಲ್‌ಟಿಕೆಟ್ (ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರ) ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.

3. ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆ: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವನ್ನು ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಕ್ರಮ.

* ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲ ತಾಲೂಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ: ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಹೃದಯಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಾಲೂಕು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧಾರ.

* ಜೀವರಕ್ಷಕ ಚುಚ್ಚುಮದ್ದು ಉಚಿತ ವಿತರಣಾ: ಹಠಾತ್ ಹೃದಯಾಘಾತದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ₹25,000 ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಚುಚ್ಚುಮದ್ದು, ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

* ಹೀಗೀಗ ನಡೆದ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ: ಪ್ರಥಮ ಮತ್ತು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ 15 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ 70 ತಾಲೂಕು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ.

* ಉಳಿದ 16 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳನೆ: ಬಾಕಿಯಿರುವ 16 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲ ತಾಲೂಕುಗಳ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಾ ಈ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ.
