@citizentvkenya Under the doctrine of exhaustion, a party must first utilize all internal dispute resolution mechanisms before approaching a tribunal. As an Advocate, Sifuna is well aware of this. I don't understand why he went directly to the tribunal before exhausting those mechanisms.
