That’s not just old; it’s cherry-picked. Edwards was talking about Trump cooperating in 2009 during the civil lawsuits.
Sure, he gave useful info… but only after lawyers hit him with a subpoena.
That’s not stepping up out of principle that’s what anyone does when the legal machine is already rolling and you want to stay out of trouble.
Edwards even makes it clear he had “nothing” linking Trump to the Katie Johnson claim from 1994, yet people spin that one line like it erases everything else.

And that 2006 phone call everyone hypes? The Palm Beach cops didn’t need Trump.
They’d been working the case since March 2005. Victims were coming forward, trash pulls turned up girls’ names and numbers, they raided Epstein’s house in October 2005, and by May 2006, they had probable cause for multiple felony sex charges.

Trump? Silent the whole time. Not one call. Not one tip. Nothing.
Girls were getting hurt, and he didn’t lift a finger. Only in July 2006, after the grand jury hands down a weak indictment and the media lights the story up, does he finally call: “Thank goodness you’re stopping him… everyone has known for years,” and tosses Maxwell under the bus as “evil.”

That’s not whistleblowing.
That’s a guy who’d been Epstein’s buddy for fifteen years jetting around on his plane in the 90s, hosting exclusive parties where Epstein was the only other man invited, and calling him a “terrific guy” in 2002 who liked them “on the younger side”suddenly realizing the spotlight might hit him.
So he scrambles to create distance when it’s safe.

This clip doesn’t prove he was “the only one who helped.” It shows exactly how long the elite circle including Trump stayed silent while the abuse kept happening.
