What's up with the matchmaking, ranked especially? I'm in silver 2 playing against #426 pred on console, and his 2 teammates are both diamond 1. And that's only 3 of the many other diamonds and preds in one games. Never-ending the rest of the games.

Apex Legends Matchmaking needs an overhaul, esp in ranked. I can't imagine either team wanted to play each other at their ranks. Credit to LazyHitman1 on Reddit.

@PlayApex this is ridiculous. This player has more kills for this season than i have on my profile. Matchmaking is messed up, servers are messed up. Lowest ping im getting for the past 2-3 weeks is nothing less than 220.South Africa has a huge Apex player base, wheres our server

@Respawn i have a full console team. First of all we got into a lobby with these 3. Bangalore is a pc player. Also, the loba is in Diamond 2. The highest rank we had was gold 4.

No idea whats going with ranked or even pubs lobbies. The matchmaking is really poor.

@Respawn is there something wrong with matchmaking in apex? reason why im asking, i don't even have 10k kills with my account but im playing matches against preds and masters who each have over 30k or 40k with one character. I dont think thats an even match up

@Respawn what can i do to encourage you guys to give us a server in South Africa. Its not great when our best latency in 132 but the people we play against, their latency is on 9. I've actually asked random team mates what their latenxy is on. and 99% of the time its less than 50

@EAHelp what if i started a petition in South Africa to just basically prove how much a server is needed in our country? how would i beable to get that petition to you.

@PlayApex can South Africa get servers in the country or atleast somewhere much closer than London or Sao Paolo. Best ping we get would usually be about 150. but we play against others who has a ping of probably 30 or 40. Its a bit unfair.
