Take empty tracts of land outside cities, build toilets & put up high quality tent cities to move them all into in. Not sure the plan for food & water. To pay for lower corporate taxes, they instituted taxing social security benefits. Lower corp taxes were supposed to = higher wages. Min wage still $7.25 since '09.
