Do you know what your blood pressure number means?

Follow this guide:
Below 120/80 → generally considered normal.
120–129 / below 80 → slightly raised. Time to pay attention.
130/80 or higher → could mean high blood pressure.
180/120 or higher → this is an emergency. Seek medical attention.

Many people feel completely fine when they have high blood pressure. So e no deh show for face.

IMPORTANT TESTS EVERY WOMAN IN HER 20S NEEDS TO DO.

As a girl, as long as you are 20 years and above, we need to do these tests:

1. Pap Smear tests: Please I'll hold your hand and say this to you, girlies, we really need to get that Pap Smear Test done!!!!! But if you know you've not had any form of sexual engagement before, you don't need it. Because cervical cancer are mostly caused by persistent HPV infection, and HPV are mostly sexually transmitted. So this test are mostly for women that are s£xually active. As this test helps discover any cervical issues quickly before they become dângerôus. But to be on a safer side, I recommend all women do this test. Get pap smear test done every 3 years. It costs around 15k

2. Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Test: Girlies, we all really need to check our Blood Pressure and sugar regularly. From Time to Time. High BP sometimes don't come with symptoms, many women discovers this late. And Blood Sugar tests helps discover diabetes or Prediabetes. Even when you feel fine, please add this tests to your bucket list. This cost 5-10k

3. Full Blood Count: This helps check for Anaemia infections and overall blood health. Fatigue and weakness all the time are often the symptoms, so girlies, whether you experience this or not, add this test to your bucket list. This cost 10k- 15k (depending on your location)

4. Pelvic Abdominal Scan: This helps to provide full information on the state of various organ in your body (Liver, Kidney, Gallbladder, Urinary bladder, intestine, Stomach & Pancreas). This test can reveal if one has Fibroid, Ovarian Cysts, Endometriosis, Cervical abnormalities, and Uterine Abnormalities. This test cost 8k - 10k.

5. High Vaginal Swab (HVS): This tests detects Vaginal infection like Yeast infection, Bacterial infection or any kind of Infection. You do not have to see any symptoms, just get the test done. This test cost 7k - 10k.

6. STI Screening Tests: Every Lady who's sexually active, single or married needs this Test every Year. This checks out any Sexually Transmitted Infections like Hiv, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Hepatitis B & C, etc. This costs from 3k to 10k depending on the kind of STI test you are going for.

7. Body Mass Index Screening: it's very important you check your Body weight for you to know if you're under weight, overweight, or normal weight. This cost 3k to 5k depending on your location.

8. Breast Scan & Examination: Please girlies, we all really need to always do this. It detects bwess cancer quickly. It costs around 8k to 12k.

All of this tests are very important for any woman who's in her 20s. Remember you do not need to have any symptoms, prevention is better than cure. And also remember, health is wealth.
