Tenant screening can be a pain, but Gurenter offers two options to make it easier. One is traditional with a comprehensive list of questions, while the other combines intelligent identity verification and credit reporting. For cases where credit reports are incomplete, we provide a cash flow analysis powered by Plaid to assess the tenant’s financial stability.

Gurenter is excited to release these comprehensive features at the start of the new year. We’ll roll them out slowly and thoroughly, using them ourselves to ensure they meet our high standards.

Gurenter 2.0 launch day is coming soon.

Here is a preview of the rental ticket screen where maintenance and other requests will be logged. This approach allows for auditing when you need it most. There is no need to dig through text messages and emails when you have everything in one place, and you can tag your expenses to the ticket to track where the funds went.
Additionally, when the tenant submits a request through the tenant portal, the persons responsible will be automatically assigned. Ensuring timely notification of the persons who can address the request.
