@TheOrcosaurus An awesome individual who’s kind hearted and a great human being (well actually an Orc). He truly does care for others. And he’s a closeted furry bottom. But that’s an item for another time.
Torn between staying in the U.S. with a stable job or moving back to Canada and starting over. I’m a dual citizen, but the instability lately makes this harder than it should be. Just want to feel safe, secure, and be myself without fear or judgement.
Trying to decide where to move, but the future here is starting to feel bleak. Housing in the cities I need to be in is unaffordable. Retirement feels out of reach. Healthcare costs are a gamble. This trade war and economic policies have no positive outcome for the general public.
At this rate, heading to Europe or Canada might be the better option. Affordable healthcare, stronger social safety nets, and a government that isn’t actively making life harder. Why does staying in the U.S. feel like financial self-sabotage?
