@SuiPlay I forced the system update to download when I turned on the computer, but it didn't work. There was no network proxy setting in the WiFi settings.

@mayaofficialph I feel like your customer service help is too hidden, especially for customers who have login issues. It’s not convenient for overseas users to call the hotline.
@mayaofficialph I have read a lot of help articles, but the question is, besides the telephone hotline, are there any online or email channels? I found an email [email protected] but the email could not be delivered. The help center mentioned "Chat with us" but there was no entry button.
@WhatsApp Why do you guys keep banning my WhatsApp account over and over again sometimes twice in a day and when my account gets restore all you tell me is the system banned me by mistake can't the glitch with the system be fixed or what is really going on. It's so frustrating 😤
